Refund / Return policy - AGTO
Please note that we (AGTO)do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, we're(AGTO) happy to facilitate an exchange. We(AGTO) don't provide refunds, only exchange options are available if your issue has been approved for this.
1. Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
2. Return shipping costs are to be covered by you.
3. We'll deduct the forward shipping and finishing fees from the total amount, which will be held as store credit.
4. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Please Note - Strictly no returns or exchanges are accepted for Home needs or Home essential/Home decore items, Kids' Wear and Undergarments products and Fashion accessories items, and those pre-maintained products as "No Return & No Exchange".

How does the return management work?
Follow these steps -
1. Share the unboxing video with order details with our customer support WhatsApp number or email.
2. Wait for confirmation for 24 hours.
3. After confirmation from our team, please decide whether you want to send or have us collect.
4. After deciding when the piece(s)/product(s) reaches to us, we will inform you.
Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges and alterations, subject to availability.
In case the size you have requested is not available, we(AGTO) will offer you the option to get a "Credit note", which you can redeem on your next order from our website within 20 days.
The exchange policy is only applicable on request on W.P. or Email, following all norms, which were confirmed by us with a valid email by our support team.
Note: The shipping/COD charges to and from will be borne by the customer. Hence, the same shall be deducted from the "Credit Note" amount; i.e. the Credit Note issued will be the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost to & from. The Credit Note is valid for 20 days from the date of receipt.
Please note: If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.
After we receive your return, we will proceed with the exchange inspection check and validation. Once the exchange has been approved, we will initiate the exchange order notify you and issue a "credit Note' via email or W.P.
The product can only be exchanged for a different size once per order.
Customer Satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we try to make your shopping experience a pleasant and seamless one. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring their secure delivery. However, in the case of exchanges, we have a stringent company policy and in this case.
Your exchange has been rejected, Please consider the following points:
AGTO - has a detailed product description of the fabric /material, the colour/size, and the quality, which the customer has to go through to ensure informed decisions while ordering.
In case of any additional information, the customer can W.P. on our Customer Help Care number. Therefore, the exchange shall not be accepted in case the customer is dissatisfied with the material, colour or quality of the product(s).
There may be a variation of 10-12% in the colour of the product because of the difference in the screen resolution and lights, making it an invalid reason for return or exchange.
Without sending an unboxing video of the parcel(s)/product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, the Exchange/Return will be rejected
Exchange/Return will be rejected and returned in case the product is found damaged, washed, worn, or missing part(s)or missing product(s) tags/stikers/any pakeging metarials of the exchange products
